We create opportunities in the existing corporate Trust business, by offering quality and reasonable priced services in respect of big ticket transactions. Majority of the time, the consortium of lenders often compete for the Security Trustee Role especially where a member of the Senior Lender’s group already has an existing role either as a lead Arranger or Adviser or Receiving Bank, the consortium more often settle for a non participating party for the Security Trustee role. We remain a neutral participant in the process who is able to effectively discharge the function and maintain harmony in the consortium of lenders.

 

We also provide a Trust Service to the Employee Benefit Schemes and Provident and Pension Funds of large multinationals and big local companies.
